Meetings
Group Conscience
Our group conscience is a collective decision-making process through which Saoirse Alcoholics Anonymous group ensures that its actions align with AA principles and the needs of its members and the community. Guided by open discussion, mutual respect, and the spirit of unity, our group conscience reflects the voice of the group as a whole.
Tradition 2,
'"For our group purpose there is but one ultimate authority – a loving God as He may express Himself in our group conscience."
Our leaders are but trusted servants, they do not govern.
First Tuesday of every month - 19:30pm
Group Meeting
Our group meeting focuses on studying and sharing experience, strength and hope with one another through the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. The AA program and the directions for its successful consummation can be found in the first 164 pages of the big book. The message of recovery which was first published in 1939 has not been changed or altered during the printing of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th editions. For this there are two principal reasons, "The large number of recoveries and reunited homes" (BB pg.xx). Forward to the Second Edition
If you think you have a problem with alcohol or you know someone who does and are looking for information, you are very welcome to attend our group meeting.
Every Friday - 19:30pm
